Dove,
Talk to your doc or cut the dose. I went to the ER in one of those fancy ambulances when starting, ramping, on Luvox. Exact same symptoms.
That is a scary feeling. I thought I was having aa heart attack. I take Clonazepam now, but if I didn't, I would keep some on hand in case another med does that.
