SAMe is ATP and Methionine together. It also appears that for that combo to be effective the two have to be combined in a special process that isn't easy to do. I'm still hoping to make my own SAMe.

BTW... I can't readily tell you what ATP stands for but you can pick it up in a GNC. If you are really interested in SAMe, there is a small booklet called, "All about SAMe", which goes about $3.00 in your local drug store. This small booklet explains everything.
