Umm. The legal aspects of psychiatric nursing would be the same as the legal aspects of any other profession.

The legal aspects of specific actions that psychiatric nurses might take are a different question entirely.

If you have any particular actions in mind, it would be interesting to hear what they are; however, be very wary of legal advice or information presented over the internet, especially since nobody who you'll probably end up talking to (myself explicitly included) has any authority or legal right to dish out said legal advice.
