Racer,
I'm sorry I can't help you with the blood sugar
aspect, but maybe I can offer some help on the
Effexor thing?First off, you will feel like absolute, total
CRAP with the Effexor withdrawal. You will feel funny
tingles in your body, very emotional, not quite
"walking on the ground" -- sorta like you're walking
about a half-inch above, headaches and more.Is there any way at all you can obtain samples from
your pdoc or clinic? If they don't have samples of
Effexor, perhaps they can give you samples of
another? That's what my doc had to do for me when
I could no longer afford the Effexor, she couldn't
find samples of it or contact her Effexor rep.I do know this now about how the Effexor rep can
get you free medication -- that's how their program
works and it's called Indigent Patient Program.
Your doctor tells the rep you need the medicine.
The doctor writes a prescription for you and gives
it to the sales rep, who in turn takes it to the
pharmacy and gets it filled and gives it back to
the doctor. The doctor then gives it to you.All your doctor has to do is contact the Effexor
sales rep.Good luck..
Jane
