Reboxetine Dosage?

Anyone out there who can provide info on dosage of Reboxetine; both minimum and maximum? I'm gathering that the starting dose is 4mg twice per day. I'm planning on ordering some from Europe and my pdoc does not know much about this med. Does anyone know of an online reference for drugs that are only available in Europe? Thanks! Peter
