I watched walls breath and looked like I had just dropped 3 hits of acid. ugh! then, after going off of paxil, I had visual "tremors"; it seemed that evrything around me was vibrating very fast. ick. it was really distrubing .now on celexa, no such effects, yet:)

I can see it with my eyes open or my eyes closed, for about l0-20 minutes. I have never dropped acid but it is kind of what I would imagine a visual hallucination would look like. Also, during the day, I get dizzy at times and my vision seems blurry. But I have nystagmus all the time anyway (was very premature at birth), so don't know if this has a bearing on the weird visual effects or dizziness.--Cindy
It is funny how sometimes we blame our meds on things we see and don't even worry. I began having flashing lights in my right eye, upper right fision field. Imagined it was just my Paxil. Eventually went to the Ophthalmologist, like 2 weeks later. I had holes in my retina! (NO PAIN!) He did laster surgery that day, says he "saved my vision." Man, the "other" population would have gone to a Doc immediately. We gotta learn to trust our instincts.
