I was just speaking with a fairly conservative naturopath and he recommended 320 - most capsules I've seen are 60 mg. so 5 0r 6 would put you on either side of that. Supposedly it can help with memory, concentration and possible helping alleviate depression. Any sexual performance benefits would just be a bonus on top of all that.
