Horrible Headaches with SSRIs

I have found that Prozac and Zoloft work best for my depression, but I get such horrible migraines from them that I have to stop. I am slowly easing onto Zoloft and get some help with only 12.5 mg. I want to get up to at least 50mg. Has anyone experienced this, and does anyone know if it is safe to take 5-HTP while on a low dose of SSRIs? Any advice helpful!
