I forgot to mention in my preceding post that Neurontin has virtually no side effects! I don't feel drugged or slowed or confused in any way while taking it. It does not "beat up" your brain like Valium or Xanax and consequently has no sedative effects (other than those one might experience when their anxiety level is cut down majorly).
