I was amazed that someone could write about so many or the things that I thought was a part of who I am, then realizing those things are my depression, well then who am I
? I could relate to 95%of what was in that book.
I haven't done what it says although I am working with my counselor on it. I learned a lot from my parents and my family life and I believe I taught myself a lot of the depressive behaviors as well.It did help me not to feel so ashamed of what I think and feel knowing that I am not the only person who does.
