I frequently read postings here and have taken suggestions/ideas from the site to the psychiatrist I see. I have received a lot of support from the postings, at the site and through personal e-mail. Please feel free to comment on any postings. It's nice to have a doc's perspective and I imagine it's nice for you to know how your clients may actually be feeling--because they may not tell you everything!
