Bipolar II asks feedback on Gabapentin (Neurontin)

I am a 31-year old male who was just diagnosed as being Bipolar II (Hypomaniac) and my shrink has got me on Gabapentin (brandname Neurontin).
Is anybody out there on this stuff and what do you think?
