Thanks guys for the responses. Today I feel like a chewed up, spit out, piece of gum on the sole of a shoe. I can't think stright..drive or focus my vision. Right now I am on 10mg daily. I'm going to take my second dose at bedtime to see if I will sleep through the worst of the side effects. I'm not entirely sure this is the answer but I'm commited to hanging in there!!
