I have benn on luvox close to a year and felt that paxil is much better than luvox I just quit luvox yesterday in an attemp to reduce medication. A good combo that i used for 5 months with out one major panic attack has been paxil at 40, trazadone at 50,and luvox at 50. I am not a doctor but i feel you need to have one primary medication not "a little of this and a little of that." I have a history of hospital trips and ekg's because of panic and generalized anxiety and paxil is the most effective.
