Dipieron/pipamperonom - what is it? Urgent

I'm attempting to help an Internet acquaintance who is working with a refugee family from Rwanda. The family has a child with autism who has been taking a medication labeled "Dipieron, generic name Pipampernom." A refill is needed, but the family's new US doctor can't find out what the heck it is. Can anyone here offer assistance? I have searched various pharmaceutical databases online with no results.
Please email me directly at infobahn@teleport.com if you recognize this medication's name, even if there is no US equivalent.
