I am trying pregnenolone instead and it does seem
to help with mental acuity, energy levels, and my
exercising. I am also taking a calcium, potassium,
and magnesium supplement after reading about a
well done study which showed some improvement with
these elements.

But ultimately, I will be back searching through
the various meds. I'm taking a break because I
can't seem to stay on them very long without
getting wound up and needing mood stabilizers. So I
am just trying to ride the waves, up and down,
and see if I can deal with things through diet
and exercise. I certainly feel better physically,
but things are more intense psychologically. For
now I'm trying to deal with things day to day.

One thing that has improved is my artistic life
and that brings me great satisfaction even if it
is at the expense of moodiness...

Hope all is well with you,

Sean.
