I can't relate, but don't be so hard on yourself- it wasn't stupid, it just probably seemed like the logical thing to do.

And your doctor should NEVER imply that you did something "stupid" - especially when you're depressed! There are no "stupid" regimens on these antidepressants, because everyone has different requirements.
