Hi Dina, I too am experiencing some new side affects from the lower dose...horrible headaches the first 2-3 days, and now muscle aches in neck and arms. When I was on Zoloft, my muscles in my neck and arms hurt so badly, it got to the point where I could not turn my neck. That went away after I stopped Zoloft. When I increased my dose of Celexa from 20 to 30 mgs., I immediately suffered severe constipation with pain involved. Nothing helped until I lowered the dose. Anyway, it is a struggle. Already, with the lowered dose, I have lost that bloated feeling I always have on AD's. Time will tell. Thanks for the post.
