Cut back to 10 mg. It seems like 20 mg to start is a heavy dose for most people. It certainly was for me.

Extreme case of tiredness leading to 14-16 hours of sleep a day, fuzzy headedness, absentmindedness, massive and quick weight gain that does not leave once off the drug (10-15 pounds in three weeks or so), extreme sexual dysfuntion, and in some cases massive insomnia.
