Good luck!I know the manufacturer of Lamictal was trying to get it approved for straight depression. I'm not sure what the outcome was. They must have had alot of anecdotal evidence that it worked for unipolar depression or they wouldn't have attempted to get FDA approval for that. Anyway, it sounds like a good drug of choice for Bipolar while
simultaneously lifting mood.Good luck
