I was just reading an article on Paul Westerberg,
formerly frontman for the pop-punk band
The Replacements, now an acoustic-oriented
singer-songwriter. He's depressive himself.
His latest album, which is being widely
acclaimed as his best, was written when
he deliberately stopped taking medication
for a while because it was interfering with
his songwriting...
