Good book on psychopharm basics

I just ran across a very useful book: Instant Psychopharmacology, by Ronald J. Diamond. It's by a psychiatrist, aimed at non-medical mental health workers, so not terribly technical, but full of practical info. It covers various classes of meds, with lots of straight info about side-effects, discontinuation effects, etc. Answers lots of the questions we raise here.
