OCD caused by Immunity System ?

There are very few papers about OCD and immunity (see Medline).
It seems that OCD might be caused by the immunity system:
the genes concerning serotonin of people
with OCD seems to be ok (see Medline).
Have someone more information about this fact?
Have someone tried to treat OCD with therapy concerning
immunity system and not SSRI ?
