I have not used lorazepam more than a few times. However, I do know that it has the similar, obvious, effects of other benzos like alprazolam, which from my experience causes blurred vision ALL the time, when taken at a "higher" dose. A beer will cause the same effect, as far as distortion occurring in sight. Hydrocodone I have also had much experience with. HC does not, or did not, cause the "seeing double" syndrome associated with the benzos. I'd worry more about nausea . HC may certainly cause distortions of vision, but in a different way that I don't think I could adequately express. They are both addictive, mentally of course, and physically, the narcotic usually more severe. Conclusively, it would be highly improbable that a benzo doesn't blur vision. It depends on the dose, your metabolic/tolerance, other meds that counter-effect, etc. But if you need the higher dose, this is what ya get.
