I've only been taking it for about 2 months. I take it "as needed," not every day. The dose is 0.5cc (= 0.15mg), intranasally.

My insurance has a copay, so I don't know how expensive it is. I think it might be, though. I'm also taking Parnate and lithium.

A researcher at a local hospital had done a small study of it, and I happened to see him for a consultation (I have a difficult-to-treat recurring depression with residual symptoms). He suggested it as an option, and after trying a couple other things, my psychiatrist and I decided to go with it.
Doing a medline search on, say, buprenorphine and antidepressant, should give you a couple articles. There isn't much out there, though.
