You may be what they call a "rapid enzyme inducer" which means that your liver kicks in and starts breaking down medications faster than usual. That may be why both the Zoloft and Paxil have helped initially and now are "pooping out." In that case, an increase in the Paxil would be a good idea.
Pindolol can be used for high blood pressure, performance anxiety or social phobia (not real great for panic attacks outside of performance anxiety or social phobia), and to augment the effects of antidepressants which is probably why you had such a rapid improvement in symptoms initially -- usually it takes 4-6 weeks for improvement.
