Go figure. Other 'heroic' combinations include nefazadone + venlafaxine (I think Steven Stahl uses this one) + the old favourites of TCA + MAOI (ouch). Some evidence for buspirone + SSRIs & pindolol + SSRIs. Its a complicated world.
