Yoou may well ADD but then you may not since ADD is often diagnosed when the problem is depression or any of a number of other problems. And vice versa. ADD is considered a mental health problem and I highly recommend that you investigate in the region where you live for a mental health clinic which could help you. These services are sometimes free or provided on an ability to pay.

I agree. Give normal people Dex and of course they focus better and get more done. Dex and the stims are not like AD's in that they only work if you have ADD. YOu can't take anything herbal or otherwise at this point to raise thought and mood neurotransmitters to a significant degree. Your body makes these NT's from the food you take in (the amino acids are their percursers) and taking
the amino's directly by mouth does not significantly effect the NT's. The aminos do work for some as an adjunt to perscribed AD's or stims.james
