In reply to Nausea.
First I will tell you that Neurontin, (gabapentin). is only experimental in treatment of Bipolar disorder, as far as I know.
Secondly, the tricyclic antidepressants are older
but amytriptiline has worked wonders for many.
And last, the newer tetracyclic and other unrelated compounds alone or in combination are very effective. Effexor, (venlafaxine) at doses above 200 mg. per day is a very effective
antidepressant by itself.
By the way, get a new Dr., and ask him to try to
not mix those kinds of "exotic" combinations of meds you've described. That alone should cure your nausea!!
