>This is a very good question. I've heard mixed reports on dopamine and OCD. Some believe that that OCD is caused by a combination of low seratonin, low dopamine & high noradrenalin. This, however, really doesn't explain why a drug like Anafranil works. If someone out there has a good explanation about all this is would be of much help in figuring out treatment options. Curious about Bromocriptine and Amantadine in helping treat OCD? Thanks in advance!
