Sabril Approval

Does anyone out these know what the status is on the US FDA approval of Sabril? It received an approvable letter in September 1997 but is still not available. I have to get it for my son Ieuan (Lissencephaly with infantile spasms) from the UK but it sure save a lot of money when its approved here. Anybody know?
