I would really recommend some bio-feedback to lesson your sensitivity & teach you some defense techniques for when this situation comes at hand. I went through the same thing about 3 years ago, and started an anti-depressant regimen with an anti-anxiety available on hand for when the going got REAL Tough. It also helped when I felt agoraphobia coming on. Prozac worked great, but now I am on Effexor & am not sure yet exactly what I think about it. Hope this helps.
