their may be a problem with insurances approving it higher than 60--not really sure---does it work for you???

Really have heard it's now used in doses up to 120mg. Doc once tried to put me at that dose I said no that it wasn't approved in higher doses. Soon after went off as this doc seemed med happy so to speak. Yes is the cymbalta helping you?. What do you take it for? Phillipa

i take it for diabetic neuropathy and ocd---lexapro stopped working so was able to get it approved for the neuropathy at 60 mg.---pdoc says we could go to 90mg but insurance will only pay for up to 60 -because thats the optimal dose used for this ---won't get approved increase for ocd---works fairly well no side effects whatsover
