Do I have social phobia?

I can be working and i feel like people are talking about me or saying things behind my back. I have alwasy been this way since i was first diagnosed with having bipolar. I just don't know if it is a social phobia. Do they treat social phobias with benzodiazepines? curious to know? If any information is found please let me know

Twinch sounds like a bit of paranoia which could also be extreme anxiety. Are you on anything for anxiety? Phillipa
