Living in one is one thing, then living inside an unstable head is another. There commotion, i have told people about what is going on at home, they dont want to hear it.
I am almost just feel like i need to really get muscled up, but i dont know what that would help.
I take Alprazolam 3 X daily and i am not telling the dosage, but it is high. With other psychiatric medications that are prescribed.
Does anyone agree?

Well drugs may help give you the patience and insight to deal with the unstable environment, but things are unlikely to improve in the long term until you get some continuity going in your life.
What other meds are you taking?
