Hi, I have OCD.
I read that hypoglycemic is related to OCD. How do I know if I am hypoglycemic?
Thanks and best regards,
freedom.

You could have your doctor do a fasting blood sugar test.
Or if you want to monitor your blood sugars for a period of time, you can get a glucose testing kit at the drugstore and just keep track of your glucose at different times of the day, at different periods after you eat, etc. However, if you have OCD, I'm sure you're aware of the possibility of checking your blood sugar becoming an OCD ritual.
But your doctor should be able to tell you what is necessary to rule it out.
This is the end of the thread.
