Well, from one day to the next the Effexor has seemed to kick in. My doc said it can work quickly and by jove I think we may have hit upon something here!
I have a good feeling about this drug and will keep ya'll posted.

How long have you been taking it and at what dose? I've heard some claims that Effexor works faster than other ADs.

and have hopes that things will continue to improve. I haven't noticed any side effects yet
and feel better physically than on the Paxil. It's kind of weird but even bending over or squatting down, I seemed to be less flexible on the Paxil. Maybe it was just the 30 extra pounds I was carrying.
I have also been a spiritual person for awhile and the Pax seemed to deaden that also.
Depression is a wretched condition so I am going to try and give it first priority in my life. Thanks for asking, Elizabeth. Is this the greatest site or what?
