Not personally, but I read a German study comparing it to perazine in psychotic patients. It did not quite equal perazine, but it was found to have substantial antipsychotic effects, and many patients could be discharged with trimipramine as their only antipsychotic. If I recall correctly, it was found to have less extrapyramidal adverse effects.

The answer to the question of how to produce remission of the depression?

Thank you. It's all right, I can take it, and it's not like I was innocent.

If you haven't, you should make backup copies of anything on your computer (or other devices) that you don't want to lose, and store a copy of the backups in a place different from where your computer is (in case of eg. fire).

To begin with, perhaps you can also e-mail a copy of your letter to yourself any maybe someone you trust (and who won't mind).
