> Hmmm..well, I am an Adult Educator, no real hard science. But, I think you should be careful with Glutamate. Glutamate, or l-glutamate, are precursor's to NMDA, and mood stabilizers and other's are NMDA antagonists.

Glutamine is a precursor to glutamate and GABA. NMDA does not occur naturally in the body.

Memantine is a NMDA-glutamate antagonist, and can cause mania.
