Another way of treating sleep apnea is by wearing an oral appliance at night.

If you have any jaw pain, or if your jaw ever clicks or pops while you're chewing, you could have temporomandibular disorder (TMD). People who have sleep apnea frequently also have TMD. This can also be treated by wearing an oral appliance.
