Exercise, especially daily intense cardio is by far the best thing I have ever "used" for depression and mood, better then the million anti depressants I've tried. Unfortunately I found it only mildly helpful for anxiety, but being in a much better mood and not experiencing depression does help with anxiety in an indirect way. I would rate it a 8/10 for depression and better them any medication I've taken, but for anxiety only about a 5 or 6 outta 10. I definatly think anyone with depression and/or anxiety should be exercising daily
