> I think your p-doc is behind the times in regards to saying that Lithium is only used for severe manic depression. Frankly, from reading some of your entries, you might just do well with Lithium as a part of your drug regime.

Actually Lithium is used for suicidal thoughts and is one of the quicker ways of boosting antidepressants.

It's not without its problems, such as salt monitoring and other common to rare effects but it has saved some people's lives.
