Nope, not at lower doses. Years of Parkinsons patients have demonstrated this. Just like Emsam;
& also selective at lower doses:

"it seems prudent to assume that ZELAPAR├? can ordinarily only be used safely without dietary restrictions at doses where it presumably selectively inhibits MAO-B (e.g., 2.5 mg/day). Safe use of ZELAPAR├? at doses above 2.5 mg daily without dietary tyramine restrictions has not been established."
