I think Remeron can be safely combined with all MAOIs

I've certainly taken it with Marplan/Isocarboxazid without having a problems, and I don't see why Parnate would be different

As per-normal the message is "start low go slow"

Here is a link to an article by a psychiatrist who says its ok
