Hey Guys,
I've been taking adderall/adderall xr (up to 60+mg/day) for about 5 years and just switched to Concerta (72mg once in am).

Here's some of the stuff I've noticed:

Concerta- effect seems dull at first, but as the day goes on, I realize that it just might be the fact that it is smoother than adderall. There are virtually no peaks/valleys using it. As far as concentration, I'm on my 3rd day, and I think it's comparable to adderall, but maybe not as intense. With adderall, it seemed that I would get really focused at times, and then just want to sleep at other times. Some days the stuff just didn't effect me at all. I imagine that the same thing is likely to happen with concerta as it all has to do with how much dopamine and other neuro-transmitters your brain is producing.

The only other thing I noticed is a headache, but that could be caused by most anything...
