Good luck! I assume the plan is to titrate higher on the deprenyl if you're looking for antidepressant effect, though who knows, maybe 5 mg will prove enough for you ongoing.

BTW, did you find that adding Ambien was necessary for sleep even with the Xanax XR? Or were you already taking it when Xanax came into the picture? If it's the latter case, you may find that you don't really need the Ambien anymore. 1 mg Klonopin, all taken in the a.m., took care of 90% of my insomnia. As usual though, this all varies by individual and what's driving the insomnia.
