MAOIs, Wellbutrin, stimulants, other dopamine agonists (amantadine, apomorphine, pramipexole, bromocriptine, etc. ...), amisulpride, and I'm sure others that I am not remembering now. Incidentally, getting a dopaminegic effect out of Effexor is not practical.
