Since I've been on Nardil, I usually wake at about 5:30. I usually feel pretty rested as long as I went to bed at a reasonable time. While I was on pain meds for a bad tooth, however, I started waking earlier and earlier and could not get back to sleep (for some reason codeine does that to me.) After that I went back to late sleeping for a bit, but now seem to be back to
regularly getting up early.

I'm glad it's working for you. :) How long was it before you began to feel the effects on 45 mg?
