> I'm so frustrated!! Tomorrow will be 3 weeks on Nardil and I am not getting even the slightest benefit from it. My social anxiety is worse than ever and I'd still rather stay inside and hide from the world rather than go out and enjoy life.
> I hate to be so negative amongst all of these positive posts, but I'm just wishing that after all the meds I've tried (Paxil, Xanex, Celexa, Prozac, Ativan, Effexor) I could find something that actually works. I know I should probably raise my dose, but I have to wait for 2 more weeks until I see my doctor again before that happens or else I'll run out of my supply of Nardil and that's not good.
> I was also wondering if anyone experienced insomnia while on this med. At first I was sleeping like a baby on it, but then 2 days ago I began waking up about 3 hours into my sleep and couldn't fall asleep again for another few hours. It's kind of annoying. I had a few other side effects in the beginning that have now gone away. Does anyone think this one will go away too?? I sure hope so because I LOVE to sleep!!! It's my favorite past time. :)
> Anyway, thanx for listening to me ramble on and on. If anyone has any opinion, please let me know. :)

I had to wait 4 weeks, and 45mg probably isn't enough. I had to increase to 75mg before I felt the socialy anxiety benefit. When it did kick in it was such a help. Still working well after 2 years :)
