> Desipramine + Celexa sounds like a good combination. Both drugs are about the best at what they do. They are very selective for norepinephrine (NE) and serotonin (5-HT) respectively. They are thus complementary; together acting as a dual-action antidepressant. Another advantage of using Celexa with desipramine (as opposed to another SSRI) is that it doesn't inhibit the IID6 liver enzymes like the others, so it will be easier to monitor your desipramine dosage and levels.
